The next installment of the AMOC Dinner Night Series will be at Ling Kitchen in Austin, Saturday, May 24th, with a champagne reception starting at 6:00pm and dinner at 6:30pm. This date coincides with the Canyon of the Eagles drive earlier that day, plus the 90th Anniversary of the Aston Martin Owners Club.
This will be another epic event that carries forward our tradition of fun and informal affairs at top ranked restaurants that offer creative and innovative menus, that provide an eclectic experience combining sight, sound, touch, aromas, and taste, and that strive for perfection in the patron experience.
Ling Kitchen is a Chinese Chef's Table tasting menu experience, seating up to 20 guests in their live kitchen, providing a "dinner and a show" where "you’ll sit front row and observe the creation of a delicious menu that’s prepared just for you."

The cost including tax and gratuity is $205 per person, which needs to be pre-paid with your registration. Wine and other beverages can be ordered and billed separately during the dinner. If you need to cancel before May 1st, we'll be able to provide a refund of $199 (cost minus credit card fee). After May 1st, we’ll try to find someone to take your place so you can get reimbursed.
